Sound
Healing

Sound as medicine. Vibration as a doorway into the body’s deepest intelligence.

“Sound is not something you listen to with your ears. It is something you receive with your whole body — and your whole being”

Sound healing has been used across cultures for thousands of years. It works because the human body is fundamentally vibrational — our cells, our nervous system, our emotions all respond to sound and resonance.

Jester’s sound healing practice is rooted in her own healing journey. Each session is an invitation to let go of the doing — and receive. To allow the sound to move through what words cannot reach.

Gong Therapy

The gong is the most transformative instrument in Jester’s toolkit. Its complex, shifting resonance works on the deepest levels of the psyche and the body’s cellular memory.

The Instruments

The voices Jester uses

Tibetan Singing Bowls

Hand-hammered bowls of bronze alloy producing rich, resonant tones that interact directly with the nervous system and physical tissues.

Crystal Singing Bowls

Made from quartz crystal, these bowls produce pure, penetrating tones that work with the body’s water content and subtle energy fields.

Gong

An ancient percussion instrument producing a vast spectrum of sound. The gong suspends the thinking mind and creates conditions for profound healing.

Voice & Overtone

Jester uses her own voice as an instrument — toning, overtone singing and breath to accompany sessions with a deeply human presence.

Koshi Chimes

Delicate elemental chimes used to close sessions and gently return awareness to the present moment.

Drums & Percussion

Shamanic drums and gentle percussion used to regulate rhythm, support breathwork and call the body back to its own heartbeat.

Before You Come

What to expect in a session

01

Arrival & Intention

We begin with a short conversation. Where are you today? What do you need? This shapes the session entirely.

02

Settling In

You lie on a comfortable mat, supported with cushions and a blanket. Eye pillow optional. Your only task: to receive.

03

The Sound Journey

Jester begins working with bowls, moving gradually to more expansive instruments. The experience is uniquely yours.

04

Integration

Silence. Then gentle return. A short grounding process before you slowly re-emerge. Tea is offered. No rush.
